We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD within USA, Canada and Jamaica. A $7 flat rate for orders under $50.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, it is processed the same day if it's within business hours, otherwise it will be processed the following day. You can expect your order usually within 2 - 4 business days for orders placed within Jamaica. Orders within the US and Canada are estimated to arrive 5 - 7 business days after receiving order confirmation. Deliveries to all other territories will take 2 - 4 weeks. Please note we do not ship on the weekends and public holidays. Delivery time frames will also be dependent on your shipping choice at checkout. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you with tracking details.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For online orders, an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship within Jamaica, North America, Europe and to the Rest of the Word (ROW).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact info@taastama.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT'S OUT OF STOCK?
We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 7-10 business days.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON?
Coupon are limited to one per customer. You can enter the coupon code during checkout or on the shopping cart page. If the promotional code is valid, your order will show the discount. If the code is invalid, you will see an error message.
OH NO, I FORGOT TO USE MY COUPON. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We are so sorry this happened. Unfortunately It's not possible or in our policy to refund the discount but if the promo is still active you can use the discount on your next order.
