RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Taastama. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.   

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To request a refund, email us at info@taastama.com.

Include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored.

Shipping

In the case that an item needs to be returned to Taastama, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and for international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@taastama.com within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
